BEACH BootCamp: Enjoy the outdoors for this AMAZING workout! Multi-terrian workout ~ Open grassed fields, sandy beach & hilled trails! Use of tires, chains, ropes & YOU!
Cardio Kickboxing: High intensity class combining basic boxing moves, aerobic moves, kicking & more! Occassional use of bags, floor/mat work!
CoreStrength: A floor class, utilizing mat, resistance training, total body strengthening, primary focus on your core! (a Pilates based format)
KettleBells*: A Traditional Russian KettleBell swinging technique incorporated into a group exercise format. Total Body & Cardio Conditioning!

Kettle-Kick*: 30/30 BREAKUP: 30 minutes of usage of KettleBells focusing on punch combos followed by 30 minutes of basic Kick combos, occasionally using bags.
