ZUMBATOMIC is a replica ZUMBA format, structured just for kids growing bodies! Learn choreography and dance your blues away to Latin-Infused music choices!

SPRQ FitKids

SPRQ FitKids program is a short circuit, team building class structure! It allows kids to work together as a team to solve obstacles, while challenging the mind and the body with physical fitness feats!

SPRQ A.P.C* (Grades 3-5)

A.P.C = Athletic Performance Conditioning, is geared for students looking to enhance their athletic abilities focusing on agility, strength, and endurance! Building muscles on an individual basis, building skills on a team level and working to be the next best athlete and team player!

KARATE

Learn the basics of Karate. Learn defense mechanics, punch & kick combos, team building and discipline ALL while having FUN!  

*Programs ACTUALLY begin at 4PM ~ Running til 5PM, due to the bus run ~ So If coming from another school district, you will have plenty of time to make it!*

The more selections/days that you sign your child(ren) up for, the more $$ that you save! You can mix and match to best accomodate your schedule! Each Selection DOES run in a 5 week Session, so SIGN UP is necessary as a MINIMUM of 6 SIGN UPS is required for the session to run for that specific 5 week jaunt!
